Economic Outlook 2027 RAG

A retrieval-augmented Q&A tool that answers questions on the Ministry of Finance Malaysia Economic Outlook 2027 report with a hybrid TF-IDF and n-gram retriever and a local LLM in LM Studio or Ollama. Every answer cites its exact page across all 258 pages, and a deterministic extractive fallback answers with no LLM running.
