Drosophila Connectome Embodiment Engine
A network of 23 leaky integrate-and-fire neurons controls a simulated male Drosophila that sees, tastes and smells a round arena and moves its legs, wings and proboscis in response. The courtship, feeding and steering circuits follow published connectome papers, and 177 tests give 100% coverage.
Overview
Install
- Open a terminal in the project folder.
- Install the packages with
npm install. - Start the development server with
npm run dev. - Open
http://localhost:3000in a browser.
