GUI Prototyping Sandbox in C and Python
A sandbox of desktop GUI prototypes that puts a C windowing program (main.c) beside a Python widget app (gui.py). It contrasts a low-level event loop and message pump in C with Tkinter layout managers in Python, to compare runtime performance against developer productivity.

This project is still being built. Some features in the docs are not finished yet.
Install
- Clone the repository.
git clone https://github.com/ADM1SH/GUI-Development.git
cd GUI-Development
- Run the Python GUI prototype.
python3 gui.py
- Compile and run the C windowing application.
clang -Wall -Wextra -O2 -o gui_c main.c
./gui_c
